McCamley, appellant, brought this action seeking recovery of substantial damages for bodily injuries allegedly sustained on August 30, 1974, in an automobile collision with a vehicle driven by appellee Bessie Mae Moss. In defense of the action, Moss asserted that in November 1974, McCamley executed a document entitled "Release of All Claims-Final Settlement" which released her from all damage claims arising from that accident.
