On July 7, 1976, Donald Ray Meeks, a minor, was injured when he was struck by a truck owned and operated by one David Bunny Spivey. His medical expenses exceed $6,300. Spivey carried a no-fault insurance policy covering the truck, and his insurance company paid medical benefits of $2,500 to Meeks.
