In 1969 George and Maxine Coon brought an action against Charles Ginsberg, an attorney, alleging professional malpractice. Judgment was entered upon a jury verdict in favor of the Coons, but, upon appeal, the judgment was reversed and the cause was remanded for a new trial. See Coon v.
