Egle, Debra Egle, and Diana Egle Wilson, hereinafter referred to as the "Plaisance group," on August 5, 1968, against Levy (Levi) Collins, Jr., Gibson Collins, Kirby Collins, Mrs. C. J. Theriot, Sr., and Mrs. D. W. Wilson, hereinafter referred to as the "Collins group," seeking to have recognized the plaintiffs' right to possession over a tract of land...
