This is an appeal from a judgment rescinding a written contract between Burnett and James and awarding James $400.00 as attorney's fees predicated upon § 17.50(b)(4) of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. (Vernon Supp.1977) which provides that a consumer may recover "any other relief that the court deems proper."
