This is a civil action for damages for conversion. Plaintiff claims that it is the owner of certain gasoline dispensing equipment— two gasoline pumps, one 3000-gallon gasoline storage tank, one 1000-gallon gasoline storage tank, and a one-half horsepower air compressor— located on defendants' real property consisting essentially of a grocery store and service station known as "Marley's Store."
