This appeal presents two questions: (1) In the additional damages/attorney fees stage of a condemnation trial, does the trial court have the procedural option of directing a verdict on the question of recoverability of additional damages? (2) If so, was the grant of a judgment notwithstanding mistrial appropriate in this case?
