OPINION

PHILLIPS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated robbery. Punishment was assessed at 75 years' imprisonment.

Appellant complains in his first ground of error that the trial court's findings of fact and conclusion of law to the effect that the State's witnesses' identification of appellant as the armed robber was not irreparably tainted by a suggestive pretrial photograph lineup...
