SCHOTT, Judge.

Plaintiff has appealed from a dismissal of his suit against six "executive officers" pursuant to a jury verdict. Plaintiff was injured at the Shell Oil Company plant in Norco, Louisiana, where he was employed as a welder.

On the morning of the accident plaintiff's supervisor sent him to the alkylation department with instructions for him to weld a ladder onto a tank containing sulfuric acid. He met two pipefitters at the alkylation department...
