Willis, as an heir at law, by suit filed on February 22, 1977, sought to vacate and set aside a County Court order, dated January 5, 1953, admitting to probate the will of Charles Thomas Tatum. His suit is based on fraud, namely, the concealment of a later will of Charles Tatum by Nettie Edna Womble.
