This is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying benefits to the claimant, a school teacher employed by the Bishop Klonowski High School. Claimant seeks benefits for the summer vacation period in 1976, as he applied for benefits on June 27, 1976 and returned to work on September 7, 1976. The Bureau of Employment Security denied benefits on the basis of Section 401(d)...
