Defendant Havana National Bank appeals from a judgment for $300,000 entered in favor of plaintiff Amelia Wiemer in an action to recover damages for defendant's alleged breach of trust. The same transaction was involved in Havana National Bank v. Wiemer (3d Dist. 1975), 32 Ill.App.3d 578, 335 N.E.2d 506
