The trial court granted plaintiff, The Life Insurance Company of Virginia, a summary judgment for the deficiency owing after foreclosure of a deed of trust which secured a promissory note executed by defendant, Gar-Dal, Inc., and guaranteed by defendants, O. K. Jones, Ted Hunt, Jr., R. L. McSpedden, Charles C. Shaver, and Paul Hamby. The judgment granted the latter three guarantors indemnity from Jones and Hunt under a written indemnity contract....
