Litton had obtained a joint and several judgment against the appellants in Missouri. Pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (ORS 24.010 to 24.180) he filed a petition to register that foreign judgment. Summons was issued and served. Under the statute appellants had 60 days after service of the petition and the order allowing registration to appear. They failed to appear, and an order of default was had by Litton. Appellants...
