In these three consolidated cases the Plaintiffs seek the cancellation of a portion of an oil and gas lease and a judgment for money damages for alleged offset drainage of said portion. The oil and gas leases of Plaintiffs, as to which partial cancellation is sought, cover a 240-acre tract of land in Section 8 and an adjacent 320-acre tract of land immediately south in Section 17, both Sections being in Township...
