Edward Ryan brings this appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County affirming the decision of the Board of Police Commissioners for the City of St. Louis to impose disciplinary action upon him for alleged neglect of duty in the performance of his duties as a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Finding no error, we affirm.
