ARCHIBALD, Justice.

Dennis Harding, Jr., having been indicted, accorded a jury trial and convicted of Burglary (17-A M.R.S.A. § 401) and Theft (17-A M.R.S.A. § 353), now appeals from both convictions, which we deny.
