I'ANSON, Chief Justice.

Nancy Cunningham,* defendant, was convicted by the court, sitting without a jury, of larceny by false pretenses and she was sentenced to four years in the penitentiary. The sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on probation.

Defendant contends that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction.
