After careful consideration of the evidence in this case, we have determined that defendant's motion for judgment of nonsuit as to the charge of obtaining property by false pretense should have been allowed; however, the trial court's denial of the motions for nonsuit of the charges of embezzlement and willful misapplication of funds was proper.
