This is an appeal from a summary judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court in favor of defendant-appellee, Louisville Motors, Inc. Gerald A. Bell, the appellant in this case, sued Louisville Motors, Inc. after purchasing a Ford truck, represented to be a new 1975 model truck. Bell's complaint alleged that the truck was not new.
