The defendant was charged with burglary and the theft of a "True-tone" color T.V. set, having a value exceeding $150. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of theft of property exceeding $150 in value and sentenced to a term of 2 years 8 months to eight years in prison. The defendant's sole contention on appeal is that the State failed to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt...
