Defendant, Anthony Hughes, was charged by information along with his brother, Kelvin Hughes (who is not a party to this appeal), with one count of robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 18-1). The defendant was convicted after a bench trial in Lake County and sentenced to one to three years. The sole issue on appeal is whether the evidence presented established defendant's guilt...
