Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal in favor of defendant County of San Bernardino. (1) (See fn. 1.) The judgment was entered after the county's demurrer to plaintiff's second amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend.1 The issues raised concern the Tort Claims Act (Gov.
