MARCUS, Justice.

Jacob A. Fabacher was charged in the same information with two separate counts of forgery in violation of La.R.S. 14:72. Defendant waived trial by jury and elected to be tried by the court. After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged on both counts and was sentenced to serve three years at hard labor on each count which sentences were to be served concurrently.
