This action was brought by Frank G. Ellerman to recover a commission allegedly owed him for finding a buyer for Clark Products, Inc., a corporation (hereinafter referred to as CPI). The complaint was based upon a written contract between Ellerman and CPI in which Ellerman agreed, for a commission, to find a purchaser for CPI.
