Defendant appeals from a conviction by a jury of attempted robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action. Under the Second Offender Act the court assessed his punishment at ten (10) years imprisonment on the charge of attempted robbery and fifteen (15) years imprisonment on the charge of armed criminal action.
