This is an action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by an inmate at the Colorado State Reformatory in Buena Vista, Colorado. Plaintiff alleges that his rights under the eighth amendment to the Constitution of the United States have been violated by the Supervisor of the Reformatory Clinic and an oral surgeon working under his direction in failing to perform an operation for Tempromandibular Joint Syndrome.
