1. The defendant was convicted of aggravated assault with intent to rape. Uncontradicted evidence showed that he and the prosecutrix worked in unskilled jobs in a nursing home; that the prosecutrix' father had told her to have nothing to do with him; that on the day in question, after leaving her job, she returned to the home to visit a friend; that the two persons were locked inside one of the rooms in the nursing home for five to ten minutes...
