This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Will County which granted the defendant Sheriff Trizna's motion to dismiss the amended complaint of the plaintiff Keefer, who was a nonprobationary deputy sheriff of Will County. The plaintiff's amended complaint was brought in four counts and sought inter alia to set aside certain disciplinary measures exacted upon him...
