Once again we are faced with a decision concerning property located on "the Neck" on Lake St. George in Liberty, Maine. See Benner v. Sherman, Me., 371 A.2d 420 (1977). The instant case involves the locus of the line separating plaintiff's cottage lot from that of the defendants.
