Plaintiffs-appellants appeal from the district court's judgment of dismissal in favor of defendant-appellee in an action to recover a finder's fee.

The complaint alleged that an agent of defendant offered to pay a five percent fee to plaintiff Broughall in consideration of finding a buyer for defendant's radio station; that Broughall found a buyer and the sale was consummated; and that the defendant thereafter refused to pay the promised fee...
