This is an action brought by plaintiff against defendant attorney alleging, inter alia, that defendant charged an unreasonable legal fee, failed to disclose a fee-splitting arrangement with other attorneys, negligently negotiated an accident settlement on plaintiff's behalf, withheld settlement proceeds and breached a fiduciary duty owed to plaintiff.
