MARCUS, Justice.
Wilbert Matthews was indicted by the grand jury for the Parish of East Baton Rouge for the crime of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to serve ninety-nine years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. On appeal, defendant relies on eleven assignments of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence.
