In this venue case, appellants, defendants below, Norman Levinson, Virginia Levinson, Ka-Hugh International, Inc., and Ka-Hugh Enterprises, Inc., were sued by appellees, plaintiffs below, Gene C. Slater and Bill J. Johnson to recover from appellants' overriding royalty interests in certain oil and gas leases.
