Pierce, owners of a tract of land in Clayton County, filed a complaint against adjoining landowner Bernard Lee, alleging trespass and seeking injunctive relief, actual, general, and punitive damages. The sole issues in the case involved the location of the dividing line between the litigants' property and damages. From an adverse jury verdict, Lee appeals. Held:
