Appellant has been adjudged a juvenile delinquent because he committed acts which if done by an adult would have constituted the crime of robbery, first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15, subd 2). The proof established that on January 17, 1977 a delicatessen was held up by a youth displaying a loaded .22 revolver and who was accompanied by two other males.
