Judgment affirmed, with costs.

Plaintiff-respondent Joseph A. Gilliard, Jr., while operating his automobile, struck the side of one of the defendant-appellant's trains at a crossing of the train tracks and a public highway. According to the said plaintiff, his view of the track was obstructed by vegetation which the defendant allowed to grow around the crossing. As he approached the crossing he slowed his automobile from about 25 miles per hour to about five miles...
