SCOTT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction ordered by the Anoka County District Court after a jury found defendant, James Lee Organ, guilty of possession with intent to sell unstamped cigarettes without a license in violation of Minn.St. 297.11, subd. 2. Defendant was sentenced to a 6-month term in the Anoka County jail. The sentence was served consecutively with a sentence imposed after a plea of guilty to related charges in Hennepin County....
