Defendant Mark J. Lamartiniere was charged by bill of information with arson with intent to defraud in violation of R.S. 14:53. A motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant authorizing the search of a storage unit rented from the Tangi Store All in Hammond, Louisiana was filed by the defendant and, after a hearing, the trial court ordered the evidence suppressed.
