This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained because of the alleged professional negligence of Dr. Harold Wente, a general practitioner, in the medical treatment of 17-year-old Kenneth Weiby on March 3, 1973. At the conclusion of trial, the jury found for defendant.
