Plaintiff appeals from the dismissal of his tort claims against defendants. We affirm.

On November 19, 1974, defendant Intermountain Rural Electric Association (IREA) hired Sturgeon Electric Company (Sturgeon) to construct and recondition electrical transmission and distribution lines.
