The plaintiff's first two assignments of error concern evidentiary rulings by the trial court. Plaintiff objects first to the exclusion of deposition testimony relating to the hiring procedures of defendant on the grounds that such testimony was necessary to show that the "standard of care" of defendant in hiring and training ride operators was inadequate to ensure the safety of its patrons.
