On December 19, 1974, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to a charge of larceny from the person alleged to have been committed on September 18, 1974. At that time another similar charge, allegedly committed on September 23, 1974, was dismissed. On January 30, 1975, he was sentenced to 2 years probation.
