Plaintiff Boh Bros. Construction Co. appealed from a damages award in its favor, claiming that the amount was inadequate to cover the costs of repairing its bridge after an encounter with the defendants' barges. Defendants responded by contending that, if anything, the District Court Judge had been overgenerous.
