Defendant KLM Royal Dutch Airlines ("KLM") moves, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P., to dismiss the complaint in this diversity action for lack of personal jurisdiction.1 For the reasons hereinafter stated, the motion is denied.2
