This is an appeal by defendants from judgment against them for $39,915 entered in plaintiff's mechanic's lien foreclosure action. Plaintiff Capitol City Drywall Corporation ("Capitol City") was a subcontractor employed by defendant C. G. Smith Construction Company, Inc.
