PER CURIAM.

On January 29, 1976, a jury convicted Don Breckenridge of obtaining money by false pretenses, MCLA 750.218; MSA 28.415, and of violating the Uniform Securities Act, MCLA 451.501, 451.809; MSA 19.776(101), 19.776(409). Defendant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than 3-1/2 nor more than 10 years.
