This action by Emerald Financial Corporation to exercise the power of sale under a deed of trust which secures the promissory note of Medallion Insurance Company and Missouri General Insurance Company then in default was incident to a proceeding by Edmiston, Director of the Division of Insurance of Missouri, to enjoin further transaction of business by Medallion and Missouri General and to order the liquidation of these insurance companies...
