This defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of having caused bodily harm to a person who was a "witness,"1 as party to the crime.2 On defendant's plea of guilty, proof was offered that, to quote defendant's brief on this appeal, "Joseph Zoldas was beaten by Richard McLeod, at defendant's request, for fear that Zoldas would testify against defendant should she be charged as aiding one Ricky Bogart...
