This appeal is by the defendant below from an adverse summary judgment for money damages, and a cost judgment.

Appellee filed an action against the Pan American Bank claiming the bank converted his funds by paying two checks, alleging the checks bore a "forged, unauthorized and wholly insufficient endorsement."
